Shangri-la

Shangri-la is located on the way to Guilin, 30 minutes to get there from Yangshuo County by bus or taxi, 40 30 minutes to get there from Yangshuo Hidden Dragon Villa . Shangri-la is is a theme park of sorts where you can learn all that Yangshuo used to be like. Tribal dances and village 'war cries' are all displayed by these people as you take a small barge down the little river. When the spring is in the air, everywhere is blossoming peach, green grass, flowling water etc, showing a world undisturbed long before. There are shops where you can actually see people making statues from wood, hand-crafted neckties and block printing. This is a place for experiencing traditional culture in Yangshuo Guilin.
